Synopsis:
Studying for and passing the PMP exam is an incredible achievement but also an incredible challenge. This course focuses both on the exam content and exam question strategies.

Objectives:
» Learn the content required to pass the exam in a focused format
» Learn to identify types of questions and the strategy for answering each question
» Use hundreds of sample questions to fine tune content knowledge and question strategy. Focus not only on why the right answer is right but why the wrong answers are wrong. Obtain four times the learning from each question

» Application Process, Study strategy, Exam Format, Process Groups
» Integration and Scope
» Time (including Network Diagrams)
» Cost and Quality
» HR and Communications
» Risk
» Procurement and Prof Responsibility
» Review, Question Strategy

Format: One 5-hour session per week for 5 weeks and self paced online element

Credits: 35 Contact Hours

Comments: Student Passrate on PMP Exam ~95%
